Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is enabled. Arrival access begins at 15:00; standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor; the building has no elevator. The sleeping area is open-plan and divided by furniture or room dividers, not walls and a door. Noise from neighbours, traffic, construction or nearby businesses may occur. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
