The house

Venice Luxury Palace 11 is one of 13 apartments in the sixteenth-century Cà Bollani building. It has a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, a large terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed, a single bed and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area is within an open-plan space, separated by furniture or room dividers rather than walls and a door.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and mosquito netting are available. A shared ground-floor laundry area provides a washing machine and dryer. The building has no elevator.

Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away. Noise from neighbours, traffic, construction or nearby businesses may be experienced during the stay.
