Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before access is provided. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is optional, available on request for 35€ per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. The interior is on one level. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
