The house

The apartment occupies one level within Cà Bollani, a 16th-century building containing 13 apartments. Its rooftop terrace overlooks the courtyard and the adjacent calle. The layout includes an entrance hall, a living room with sofa, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed; two additional single sofa beds are available in the apartment.

The separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. Air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi are provided. Other equipment includes a hairdryer, iron and mosquito net. A ground-floor laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is shared by all guests.

A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay. Local experiences can be arranged on request. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
