Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before receiving entry access. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The reservation policy gives a check-in window starting at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination and ending at 20:00; the apartment's entry code activates from 15:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check out no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Venezia Santa Lucia train station is 4 km away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is one hour away.
