The ground-floor apartment has an independent entrance opening into a living area with a sofa, TV, dining table and a balcony with seating overlooking the canal. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, espresso machine and kettle.
The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and TV. An additional single sofa bed provides sleeping accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
