Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is granted. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay. Late arrival and departure are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
