The house

The renovated apartment has designer furnishings in white and taupe, modern paintings and large windows overlooking the canal. It includes a living room, a kitchen with a peninsula, two bedrooms with one queen-size bed each, and a bathroom with a shower and window. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The second bedroom opens onto a canal-view balcony.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. A washing machine, television, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and mosquito net are also provided. The building has no elevator.

Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away. Local experiences can be arranged on request. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay.
