Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before the access code is issued. A tourist-tax payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Mestre Train Station is 10 minutes away by car.
