The house

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Its living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa, with access to the balcony.

Two bedrooms have Queen-size beds. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of two French-size beds. There are two bathrooms in total.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, satellite TV and a hairdryer are available.

Venice Mestre Train Station is 10 minutes away by car. Access uses a numeric code, available after online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and paying the tourist tax. The access code becomes active at 15:00.
