House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests plus 1 extra guest. Meals are available onsite at an additional cost. Events and shoots are permitted subject to the home owner's approval. Pets are subject to a pet contract. Toiletries are provided, but bath towels are not provided. The home is not within a gated complex.
