Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite, and what are the charges?
Meals are provided onsite and are charged at an additional cost.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed at the villa subject to the home owner's approval.
Are toiletries and bath towels provided?
Toiletries such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. Bath towels are not provided.
Is there a security guard or watchman?
Yes. There is a security guard or watchman, although the home is not located within a gated complex.
