House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of EUR 300 applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at €150 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

The house is arranged over two floors and has direct neighbours. Can Picafort Beach is about 16 km away; the coast is accessible by car.
