The house

The house has a fenced outdoor area with direct neighbours, a porch with barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, a terrace and a ping-pong table. The private above-ground saltwater pool measures 4 × 2 metres and is 1.10 metres deep.

The main floor has a living room with satellite television, a dining kitchen with a gas stove and patio access, one bedroom with a single bed and one with a double bed. The main-floor bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. Wi-Fi, oil central heating, fans, a fireplace, towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies.

Ariany is in central Mallorca with basic services nearby. Can Picafort Beach is about 16 km away, with the coast accessible by car. The supermarket is 0.3 km away, the pharmacy 0.4 km and the Ariany bus stop 0.45 km. Petra train station is 5.1 km away, Palma de Mallorca Airport 46.9 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 29 km and Hospital de Manacor 18.5 km.
