The first-floor apartment has four bedrooms, each with a closet: bedrooms 1 and 4 each have two single beds, and bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one double bed. The two bathrooms include one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A corridor air-conditioning unit serves the bedroom area; the living room also has air conditioning, a sofa and satellite television. The indoor dining area seats eight.
The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A high chair, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is free.
The furnished terrace has a dining table for eight, a parasol and two sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue. There is no pool. Neighbouring properties mean privacy is not complete. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift.
