Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
Port d’Alcúdia beach is 29.8 km away. Stairs connect the garden to the ground-floor porch, and the house occupies two floors. The fenced plot has direct neighbours, so privacy is partial. Parking is limited to two outdoor spaces and two garage spaces.
