The house

The 400 m² house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with TV, connected through an arch to a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and an island with stools. There is a kitchen dining area for six and a separate dining room for 10. Two ground-floor bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds respectively, with a shower bathroom on the same floor. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the kitchen-living room have air conditioning.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 1.2–1.8 m deep. The garden has sunbeds and a barbecue. Stairs lead from the garden to a furnished ground-floor porch for outdoor meals. The plot is fenced, but direct neighbours mean privacy is partial.

A cot and high chair are available. The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Parking accommodates two cars outdoors and two in the garage.

Mancor de la Vall is an inland village near Inca, with access to visits to Lluc and the Sierra de Tramuntana. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 29.8 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35.5 km away, Golf Pollença 22.2 km, Inca railway station 5.6 km, the Carrer de Sa Creu bus stop 0.35 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 29.8 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 6.4 km.

Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
