House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is seven; additional guests are not permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of 10% is required, governed by a separate agreement signed by the owner and guest before check-in. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow are a short drive or bike ride away. Bedrooms are on the main and second floors, with additional sleeping space on the lower level. The property is not suitable for unrelated guests or children aged four and under. HOA approval and a submitted application are required before a rental request can be confirmed.
