The house

Treescape Retreat accommodates up to seven guests across three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area on the finished lower level. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and is near a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the king bedroom and queen bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The lower-level sleeping area has two full beds, open-area privacy and satellite TV. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning.

The open-plan living and dining areas connect to a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a stove, microwave, kitchen island, cookware, dishes and glassware. Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and sliding glass doors face the surrounding greenery. The finished lower level includes a movie den with a sectional that can also be used for quiet work. Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, bed linens, bath towels, a washer and dryer are provided.

The private back deck and furnished patio include a sofa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table and a gas barbecue. Guests have neighborhood tennis and pickleball court access. East Hampton Village is minutes away, and Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow are a short drive or bike ride away.

HOA approval and a completed application are required before the homeowner can confirm a rental request. After booking confirmation, the homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication through the Elite program.
