House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Long-term stays are allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional cost; reserving the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
Key collection is offsite through Keynest and is not available 24/7. Collection details are provided three days before check-in after a successful reservation, and check-in details are released only after mandatory identity verification. The nearest bus stop is 150 m away on Eyre Street; Canberra Airport is 15 minutes away by car. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
