The house

The apartment has a light-filled living area with a three-seater lounge, smart TV with streaming and free-to-air channels, and timber flooring. The dining table seats six, with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine and cookware.

The queen sleeping room has blackout blinds, storage, bedside lamps and air conditioning. A separate study beside the kitchen has a desk and sofa bed. Hotel-style linen, towels, toiletries and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Internal laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer; an iron and hairdryer are also available.

The private balcony has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A shared rooftop garden on level 4 is accessible by the central lifts, and guests have access to a communal pool. Free secure underground parking, Wi-Fi, heating, step-free access and wheelchair accessibility are offered.

Lake Burley Griffin, waterfront dining and cafés are steps away. The National Gallery and Parliament House can be reached on foot. The nearest bus stop is 150 m away on Eyre Street, and Canberra Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Self check-in uses offsite Keynest collection, which is not available 24 hours a day. Mandatory identity verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Long-term stays are allowed, and the apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12.
