House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for costs or damage and immediate eviction without refund. Pets incur an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay. Long-term stays are allowed. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned to an address within Australia subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
Stairs are required to access the front door. Nundah Village is within walking distance. Sandgate Rd at Nundah, stop 2, is 140 metres away and Nundah train station is 260 metres away. Brisbane's CBD is around a 20-minute drive away. Brisbane Airport is 7 km away, approximately 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
