The house

This home accommodates five guests in three bedrooms: two with one queen bed each and one with a single bed. Bright interiors feature timber floors, white wood walls and large windows. The living room has a four-person couch, a TV with free-to-air channels and Apple TV, and split-system air conditioning. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The indoor dining area seats four, and an alfresco dining deck sits directly outside the kitchen beside the large backyard. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Other facilities include heating, an iron, room-darkening shades, a smoke detector and a private entrance.

Wi-Fi and free driveway parking are available. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay with pets. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are also allowed.

Nundah Village's shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and Oxenham Park is nearby. Brisbane's CBD is around a 20-minute drive away. The nearest bus stop, Sandgate Rd at Nundah, stop 2, is 140 metres away; Nundah train station is 260 metres away. Brisbane Airport is 7 km away, approximately 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport. Stairs are required to reach the front door.
