The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. The barbecue's wood-burning stove must not be used. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
