The house

The fenced grounds have direct neighbours, a garden, several terraces and a barbecue area. The private chlorine pool measures 12 × 6 metres and is 1–2 metres deep, with fencing around it. The barbecue's wood-burning stove must not be used.

The classically furnished interior contains a collection of artworks and an entrance sitting room with a grand piano. There is a large dining room with TV, a library with satellite TV and air conditioning, another dining room seating six, and an air-conditioned kitchen-dining room with an induction hob and terrace access. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The main floor has a double bedroom with a fan and three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds. One upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room; another upstairs bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Garage parking accommodates two cars. Lloseta town is 0.5 km away, and nearby Inca has shops and a Thursday street market with local and seasonal products. Platja de Muro is 30.9 km away; Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort are about 30 minutes away by car.
