This precious and modern apartment, at only 76 meters from Playa de Gandía, offers a communal pool and accommodation for 8 people. With wonderful sea views, the terrace of this beautiful apartment turns into the best scenery for your breakfasts before you get ready to go to beach by feet. After an entertaining day at the beach, you can rinse your skin at the outdoor shower of the complex and enjoy spending time in the communal pool before going upstairs to take joy in the terrace, cooking an exquisite meal.

It is a chlorine pool and its dimensions are of 20 x 6 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.7 m. Moreover, there is also a paddling pool whose dimensions are 6 x 4 m and a depth of 0.6 m. The interior of this eighth floor apartment with elevator gets, with its wooden flooring and its modern furnishing, a welcoming atmosphere for our guests to feel like if they were at home. The living-dining room is ideal to have lunch or dinner all together and then chat, while watching the TV.

The kitchen is an independent room and it is equipped with induction cooktop, oven and other utensils, and it is where you can find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. This house also has two bathrooms with shower and three dormitories, all of them equipped with a wardrobe. One of them has a double bed, the second one has two individual beds and the last one just an individual bed and a bunk bed that, at the same time, it is a truckle bed, which is why this dormitory has a capacity for up 4 people.

A cot and a high chair can also be provided. Regarding to the acclimatization, there is a ducted air-conditioner all over the house, as well as two radiators at your disposal. Playa de Gandía is perfect for lovers of not only fine sand and crystal-clear waters, but also for water sports or sand sports enthusiasts , such as volleyball, due to its large expanse. In addition, there is also a promenade plenty of bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours that invite you to go in or take an ice-cream and go for a walk.

For a more cultural visit or maybe at night, you have the picturesque old city of Gandía that is well worth visiting. Pool open all year round. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
