House rules

All rooms and suites are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated heated terrace area. Breakfast is on request in the suite from 08:30 to 10:30 and costs €20–€25 per person per day. An extra single bed or sofa bed is available on request and subject to availability for €30 per day. A cot for children aged 0–2 is free; children aged 0–2 stay in a cot. A tourist tax of €7 per person per day applies; children under 12 are exempt. Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00; check-in is 15:00–19:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Please communicate your expected arrival time. Luggage storage is free. A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Cash payment is possible for stays under €1,000; when the amount due is €1,000 or more, payment must be made by accepted credit card. Cancellation terms depend on the booking rate; cancellations within three days of arrival beyond the applicable free-cancellation period incur a charge equal to the entire stay. Non-refundable bookings are paid in full at booking and cannot be changed or cancelled. No-shows incur a charge equal to the entire stay.

Getting there

The property is in central Florence at Via Tornabuoni 9. The elevator reaches the 5th floor; suites on the 6th and 7th floors are accessible only by stairs. A suite identified as Venere is described as accessible for guests with disabilities; check availability when booking.
