House rules
No parties or excessive noise. Breaches may result in loss of the security bond, eviction and additional charges. The booked number of people is the maximum allowed on the property at any time, including visitors; additional visitors require prior written approval from Weekenda. A noise monitor is installed; fines apply for disconnecting, removing or damaging it. Every guest must complete electronic registration and photo-ID verification before arrival. Bookings made within five days of arrival require additional payment-card identity verification; mismatched documents may result in cancellation and return of funds to the original card. Reductions in booked guest numbers are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended; concert cancellations, illness and other emergencies do not override the applicable refund terms.
Getting there
Direct beach access is available. A barbecue is available in the park across the road, not on the premises. The property is in a residential area.
