The house

The villa accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms: one with a queen bed and two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms and three toilets, with a bathtub among the facilities. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout, and the tiled living areas have a TV and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. An internal laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.

A single lock-up garage has internal access. Outside, there is a private courtyard and a large balcony with an outdoor setting and beach and water views. There is no barbecue on the premises; one is available in the park across the road. Free on-site and street parking are available.

One set of full bed linen and one bath towel per person are supplied. Bring your own beach towels and any extra towels needed. Each shower has a bottle of combined shampoo, conditioner and body wash; bring any preferred personal toiletries. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Weekenda manages the property and provides assistance seven days a week.
