The house

Tiffany Elegance accommodates eight guests in four upstairs bedrooms, including two king primary suites with ensuite bathrooms and balconies, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two double/full beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; the first three also have TVs, and the queen bedroom has balcony/deck access. The home has four full bathrooms and a powder room. Two upstairs bathrooms have showers and tubs, a third upstairs bathroom has a shower, and the main floor has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate powder room. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings and a balcony overlooking the backyard and pool.

Three separate living rooms each have a fireplace. French glass doors lead from the rear of the house to the terraces and pool. The equipped kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, cookware and dishware, alongside a formal dining room and casual breakfast and lounge areas. A main-level office, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The fenced backyard includes a private heated pool, chaise loungers, outdoor daybeds and multiple seating areas. Two terraces provide outdoor lounging and shaded dining for eight, with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Parking includes a two-car garage with direct access into the house. The estimated interior area is 4,500 square feet.

The home is in Water Mill, two miles from Bridgehampton, four miles from Sag Harbor, seven miles from East Hampton and six miles from Southampton.
