The house

The house accommodates up to eight guests across five bedrooms and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Four bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms, and the primary bathroom has a rain shower. Three bedrooms are on the second floor, one is on the main floor and one is on the lower level.

The open-plan living spaces include an island kitchen, an indoor dining table seating six and a living room opening directly onto the patio. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, cookware and dishes. The basement has a media room and a gym with a treadmill, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat. A desk on the second floor provides a workspace. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Outside are a private heated pool, a freestanding hot tub, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit, four lounge chairs and a covered sitting area with a TV. The outdoor dining table seats eight. Additional equipment includes a bicycle, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. The yard is fenced; parking includes a one-car garage, and an electric vehicle charger is available.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a crib; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, TV and balcony/deck. Bedroom 5 has a double/full bed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning.

The home is close to East Hampton town, art galleries, restaurants and the beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
