House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Smoke detectors are installed. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time before arrival. For arrivals after 23:00, follow the arrival guide; in-person assistance is unavailable after that time. A private driver is optional, on request from €80, and must be booked 48 hours in advance. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.
Getting there
There is no standard window; the only opening is a roof window above the bed. Ventilation is limited, especially when cooking. The apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars are a few minutes’ walk away; École Militaire metro station (line 8) is seven minutes away.
