The house

The main living area contains a double bed, a single sofa bed, a TV and a dining corner. The equipped open-plan kitchen has a stovetop, microwave and Nespresso machine; coffee, tea and sugar are provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, heating, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, toiletries, fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment has no standard window: its only opening is a roof window above the bed. Ventilation is limited, particularly when cooking. There is no air conditioning, and the apartment can become hot during heatwaves, including at night. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment is in a quiet part of the 7th arrondissement, a few minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars and seven minutes from École Militaire metro station on line 8. The Seine riverbanks, Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin and Les Invalides are within walking distance. Rue Cler market, cafés and restaurants are also nearby.

Self check-in uses an arrival guide available around the clock. Assistance is available daily from 09:00 to 23:00; in-person assistance is unavailable after 23:00. Luggage storage, children’s equipment and activity arrangements are offered as extra services. A private driver is available on request from €80, with booking required 48 hours in advance.
