Children and infants are welcome. No smoking, parties or pets. The apartment has smoke detectors. Use the basement washing machine and dryer only between 09:00 and 21:00. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Self-check-in is available using the arrival guide; for arrivals after 23:00, follow the guide carefully because assistance is unavailable after that time. Support is available daily from 09:00 to 23:00. Daily housekeeping requires the door hanger outside before 16:00 and takes place between 11:00 and 17:00, without linen replacement. Linen changes cost extra on request. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access, but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pereire metro station (line 3) is a two-minute walk away. The living room faces the street and traffic may disturb light sleepers using the sofa beds. The apartment is ideal for four to five guests; with eight guests, four sleep in the living room and space is tight. The second shower and washbasin are inside the second bedroom, limiting privacy for groups sharing the apartment.
