The house

The second-floor apartment is in a secure building with an elevator and has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room contains a dining table, television and two double sofa beds. Each of the two separate bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe; the second bedroom also has a television.

There are two showers. One bathroom has a shower and toilet; the second shower and washbasin are inside the second bedroom rather than in a separate room. An additional separate toilet is available. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided, along with heating and a hair dryer.

Up to eight guests can stay, although the apartment is ideal for four to five. At full occupancy, four guests use the living-room sofa beds and space is tight. The street-facing living room has audible traffic; the bedrooms are quieter.

Daily housekeeping is included between 11:00 and 17:00 when the door hanger is placed on the outside door handle before 16:00. This excludes linen replacement; linen changes are available on request at an additional cost. A basement washing machine and dryer are available between 09:00 and 21:00. Taxi and breakfast reservations can be arranged. An optional private driver for an airport welcome can be requested at least 48 hours in advance, starting at €80.

The apartment is near the Champs-Élysées, with the Batignolles district a few minutes’ walk away. Nearby places of interest include Parc Monceau, the Palais des Congrès and Place de l’Étoile with the Arc de Triomphe.
