House rules
Minimum booking age is 25. Children are welcome. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The condo is directly across from Loon Mountain. A shuttle stops regularly on ski-season weekends to take guests to the mountain, but does not operate during Massachusetts or New Hampshire school vacation weeks. Parking is limited to two cars.
