The house

The 1,474-square-foot condo sleeps up to 10 guests and has two bathrooms. An open-concept living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen share the main living space with a fireplace. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a pull-out twin and an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed; the loft has two sets of bunk beds and a full-size futon. There is a private deck and a private entrance.

The kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, a hair dryer, hangers and toiletries are available. Entertainment includes television, cable or satellite service and board games. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available. Outdoor facilities include a balcony or patio, garden or backyard, outdoor seating and a grill.

Guests have resort amenities access, including a shared game room, heated indoor pool and hot tub. A sauna, fitness room and playground or play area are also available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The location offers access to downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fall foliage, mountain biking and nearby ziplining. A ski-season shuttle stops regularly on weekends, excluding Massachusetts and New Hampshire school vacation weeks. A car is necessary, and parking accommodates two cars. Self check-in is available.
