House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Children and infants are welcome. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival is non-refundable.
Getting there
The entrance is on the first floor with no elevator access, and there are two flights of stairs within the apartment. Westbourne Park and Royal Oak Underground stations are under a 10-minute walk away; Notting Hill Gate, Portobello Road market and Kensington Gardens are around 10 minutes away on foot.
