The house

This 86-square-metre apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa, desk, large flat-screen TV and dining table seating up to six. Artwork and woven horsehair wall hangings give the interior an artisan character. A single day bed provides an additional sleeping space in the living area.

The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob and dishwasher. A fridge/freezer and pantry cupboard are in the dining area. Both bedrooms are on the top floor; the master bedroom has built-in storage. The bathroom beside the other bedroom has a WC, sink and bathtub with an overhead shower. A washing machine is in the airing cupboard opposite. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen are provided.

Westbourne Grove is a short walk away. Westbourne Park and Royal Oak Underground stations, serving the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, are under a 10-minute walk away. Notting Hill Gate station, Portobello Road market and Kensington Gardens are around 10 minutes away on foot.
