The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with large windows and indoor-outdoor living spaces. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The main-floor primary suite has a king bed, air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning; the third bedroom is on the lower level with a queen bed and air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms with showers: the primary ensuite, a main-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a lower-level bathroom.

Outside are a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, a table, chairs and umbrella, a gas grill, gas fire pit and private dock. Parking and a private entrance are available.

Goose Creek Beach is a three-minute walk away, and Greenport Village is a five-mile drive. Southold shops, restaurants, art galleries, golf courses and beaches are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
