The house

The home sits on a private block in Southampton Village, near beaches, shops, restaurants, cultural attractions and the train station. Mature landscaping surrounds the backyard, with a private heated outdoor pool and an uncovered patio for outdoor dining and relaxing.

An open-plan living area with generous seating connects to the dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker. The home also has a gas-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. Parking and a detached garage are available.

The primary bedroom and second bedroom are upstairs, each with a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. The primary ensuite has a shower and tub; the second ensuite has a shower. On the main floor, the third bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, streaming TV and balcony/deck access. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, TV, balcony/deck access and an ensuite shower bathroom. An additional full shower bathroom is on the main floor, and a half bathroom is on the lower level.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Outdoor pool use is generally seasonal, and off-season outdoor furniture and equipment require advance inquiry.
