House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 25. Children are welcome, but infants are not allowed. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the eighth floor with elevator access. Communal heating is controlled by building management and operates only between mid-October and May.
