The house

The 58 sqm apartment is on the eighth floor with elevator access. The living room has a bookshelf, curated furnishings and natural light. A window-side dining table seats up to six and overlooks the Eiffel Tower.

The compact kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The main bedroom has one queen-size bed; the second bedroom has one double sofa bed. Both bathrooms have a shower and washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.

Facilities include free internet, a washing machine, television, piano, fireplace, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Communal heating is controlled by building management and operates only between mid-October and May.

The surrounding 16th arrondissement has tree-lined avenues, classical architecture and a residential atmosphere. The Trocadéro gardens and museums are nearby.
