House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses, and rotating groups during a stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $75.00 per night of the reservation. One dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $200.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs, and other pets require express approval. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH, or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The primary bedroom is on the second floor; additional sleeping space is in the basement. Flying Point Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach, and Ocean Road Beach are nearby. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
