The house

The house accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. An open-concept living room, dining area, and equipped kitchen provide shared gathering space. The kitchen includes a coffee maker and microwave; the living room has comfortable seating and a Sonos sound system. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony/deck. Two main-floor bedrooms have a double/full bed and a queen bed respectively, air conditioning, and closets. The open-plan basement sleeping area has two sofa beds, air conditioning, a closet, and streaming TV. Bathrooms comprise a second-floor primary ensuite with a shower and shower/tub combination, a main-floor half bathroom, a main-floor full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a basement full bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated, fenced pool, patio, gas grill, bicycles, ping pong, and private weight-training equipment. Flying Point Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach, and Ocean Road Beach are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
