The house

The home has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a lower-level sleeping area. The main floor connects the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, with large windows overlooking the grounds and glass doors opening to the back deck. The living room has a sectional sofa, TV and fireplace; the kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware and dishes.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool with chaise loungers, a paved deck, lounge seating, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue and a firepit. The yard also has a treehouse, zip line, basketball court and Sonos speakers. Parking is available.

The first-floor guest bedroom has a double/full bed and a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, desk area, walk-in closet and full ensuite with a shower. A second upstairs guest bedroom has a double/full bed and ensuite with a shower/tub combination; the twin bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite with a shower.

The finished lower level includes a second living area with a sectional sofa, foosball table and Murphy bed in an open sleeping area with an ensuite half bathroom. All sleeping areas have air conditioning. Streaming TVs are available in the primary bedroom, both other upstairs bedrooms and the lower-level sleeping area. The home also has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and a dedicated workspace. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. There is no hot tub or crib.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
