The house

The home occupies a private block with an open floorplan, high ceilings, multiple sitting areas, dining spaces and a great room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and a spacious island. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, weight-training equipment and Sonos are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outside are a private heated pool, fenced yard, landscaped grounds, a patio dining area, gas grill, wood fire pit and multiple sitting areas. Bicycles and ample parking are available. Southampton beaches, restaurants, shops, art galleries and golf courses are a short drive away.

Four bedrooms are on the second floor: a primary king bedroom with a walk-in closet and three queen bedrooms with standard closets. All four have full ensuite bathrooms and streaming TVs. Two lower-level bedrooms have one queen bed and one king bed respectively, standard closets, and streaming TV in the queen room and satellite TV in the king room. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. The primary bathroom has a shower and tub; the second ensuite has a shower/tub combination; the third and fourth ensuites have showers.

There is also a full bathroom with shower on the main floor and two full bathrooms on the lower level, one explicitly equipped with a shower.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
