House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of four guests. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Up to two dogs are welcome with a stated 25 lb maximum and must be authorized in the reservation. Bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law; emotional support animals require pet authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Lock doors and windows when away and follow parking rules. Adults must supervise minors. Streaming services require guests' own accounts. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning following rule violations or excessive mess (or actual cost if greater), and fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a charge of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms control.

Getting there

The upper level is the owner's area and is off-limits to guests. An active Ring doorbell security camera is at the front of the home. Sports courts and fields, restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream spot are within walking distance.
