The house

The Potter House has two bedrooms, two beds and one bathroom. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, with an adjacent dining table seating four. A combined living and sleeping area has a flatscreen TV, PS3, media library and streaming services accessible with guests' own accounts. Free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer are available.

The enclosed backyard has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and multiple seating areas. Sports courts and fields, restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream spot are within walking distance. The home is snowbird-friendly.

Up to two dogs are welcome, subject to a stated 25 lb maximum and reservation authorization. An active Ring doorbell security camera is at the front of the home. The upper level is the owner's area and is off-limits to guests.
