House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval; disclose pets, emotional support animals and service animals when booking and submit details by text message or email. Pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal; these charges are added after approval and are non-refundable. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to InvitedHome's local address is available on request for $50/package and $75 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is prepared for arrival.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access to several lifts depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. The property overlooks Sunset Plaza, with restaurants and pubs just outside. Peak seasons bring activity around the building, and nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact InvitedHome for current updates. Parking is limited to two cars. There is no hot tub.
